Very nice 1981 Honda XL250S. Original gas tank paint and fenders, no rips on the seat, I removed, cleaned, painted, greased the swing-arm, the exhaust was cleaned and painted with high temp paint, engine was cleaned and painted with high temp paint, valves and timing chain adjusted, new oil and oil filter screen cleaned, new spark plug, fuel system flushed out, tank lined (kreem kit), carb rebuilt and fuel filter added, new tires and tubes, wheel bearing greased, brakes inspected and cleaned, chain cleaned and lubed, new battery, electrical connections either cleaned or replaced as needed, wires were good and all electrical works as it should. Passed state inspection March 2009. Runs great, clutch, tranny, brakes like new. A fun, street legal motorcycle and much cooler than a scooter. 75 mpg. 8,500 miles, maybe slightly more as the motorcycle is being used. No oil to mix like the old two stokes. This is a Screw Cutting and Turret Lathe made by the Logan Engineering Company of Chicago, Illinois. The lathe is 4 feet wide and is screwed onto a cast iron base. The lathe and base can be separated for transport. The lathe comes with assorted cutters and drill bits. I understand that a lathe such as this can be especially useful to a gunsmith or someone who needs to make parts. This lathe cost about $700 25 years ago. It is well made and is in working condition. When the dryer broke, we upgraded the washing machine too. This washer is 6 to 7 years old, but it's a Maytag and works just fine. It has extra large capacity, self cleaning filter, heavy duty, 2-speed. Excellent condition.

This is a handmade 2-piece hutch made of unfinished pine with brass and porcelain knobs. This has never been used. The base is 5 feet wide, 3 feet high and 16 inches deep. The hutch on top is 4 feet high and 8 inches deep. The 2 shelves in the hutch and the top of the base have plate grooves running the entire width. The drawers move in and out smoothly, but they are not on sliders the way contemporary drawers are done. The bottom of the hutch has mild staining from water wicking, but the owner of the hutch says that can be taken care of. Negotiable.
