Job Description Successful Account Manager Candidates for Talent Hog LI will posses these core competencies: Passion for Sales, Ownership Mentality, Proven Sales Skills, Confidence, Energy, Positive Attitude and Persistence. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated geography through prospecting, networking, Identify companies with high turnover positions and work with them to develop a cost-effective on target approach to finding candidates with the skill set they require. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective account management and service. Ensure their understanding of our products. Up sell customers with new products and services. Maintain a high level of customer service through training and customer support. Ensure satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs of the customers. Participate in the local Associations and attend necessary industry events and meetings. Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities. Help proactively market Talent Hog to businesses in territory and convey the advantages of our product. Live in market area while working out of home office. Candidates will work from home and be responsible for attaining specific revenue and account base goals. Required Skills 2 to 6 years of solid account management and sales experience. A proven outside sales and account management track record. Technical skills to include, Microsoft Office Suite including strong use of Outlook and Excel. Required Experience Superb organizational skills. Well organized, with strong relationship building capabilities. Proactive, results oriented, self starter.
